About Me
Loyalty and family have always been at the core of my journey in the waste management and property maintenance industries. In the early 1990s I got my first taste in the Hauling industry operating Tractor trailers hauling C and D waste from Central NY to Erie, PA and Western NY. Following in the footsteps of my family that has had over a 70 year history in the Hauling industry. During this same time period I simultaneously founded my first dumpster company along with founding and building the largest property maintenance company in Syracuse, NY. Both businesses grew rapidly, and in 2006, I sold them, both businesses are still in operation today.
In 2008, I purchased another dumpster company in Northern Virginia and soon after developed the DumpStor Pro, a patent-pending storage dumpster combination unit. Recognizing the potential for growth and the opportunity to help others, I began franchising in 2021. Since then, I’ve played a key role in helping people achieve their dreams of owning a business and becoming entrepreneurs, expanding our reach across the country. My previous experience owning a fitness franchise has provided me with valuable insights into the franchise industry and has played a key role in knowing what support trends are needed to build a strong network.
Today, we are in over 20 major cities across 9 states, and I’m proud to run this company with my family. My son, Joey Martino, serves as President and Co-Founder, my daughter, Christina Martino, is our VP of Operations, and my stepdaughter, Nicole Cassella, is the Director of Brand Culture. Together, we look forward to helping more entrepreneurs grow and continue building a family legacy for generations to come.
As CEO and Founder of DumpStor we have been able to turn our focus into being a major contributor in the Waste Industry by founding Waste Brands USA. Waste Brands USA has 3 affiliate companies including DumpStor, ProBinz Plus, and RBRANDSTOR. ProBinz Plus is a commercial and residential Waste Bin Cleaning service. With ProBinz Plus we are focusing on the Northern VA Market along with the DMV Area as well. We plan to continue to expand this operation in the next couple of years. RBRANDSTOR is our in-house promo, product, and print shop allowing us to continue to keep brand consistency and marketing at our fingertips.
I’ve also found success outside of the Waste Industry, particularly in commercial and residential real estate. We currently own several Commercial and Residential properties.
My wife Gina and I are blessed with five children between us, and I consider my family to be my greatest accomplishment. I prioritize spending as much time as possible with them, embodying the motto, “do whatever it takes!” Always instilling in them to lead with purpose and innovation. About Me
As the President and Co-Founder of DumpStor, and Partner at DumpStor of Northern Virginia and DumpStor of Fredericksburg, I lead a dynamic team in offering dumpster rental franchise opportunities across the United States. Building on a family legacy that dates back to the 1950s, when my grandfather operated a substantial 100+ dump truck operation in Upstate New York, I bring a deep-seated understanding of the industry to my role. This legacy was extended in the 1990s when my father entered the dumpster rental business, setting the stage for my future endeavors.
With over a decade of franchising experience, both as a franchisee and franchisor, I offer a wealth of expertise. Prior to co-founding DumpStor, and continuing to this day, I successfully managed operations at an affiliate company, where I refined my skills in business management and strategic growth. My initial exposure to franchising came from a tenure in a well-known fitness franchise, which ignited my passion for developing scalable business models and delivering exceptional customer service.

As the Executive Vice President and co-Founder of DumpStor, I bring over 12 year of extensive experience in the franchising industry to my role. My journey began as owner and operator of multiple locations with a successful fitness franchise, TITLE Boxing Club. I was honored to receive the Franchisee of Year Award in a network of 175 locations, a testament to my outstanding team's commitment to excellence, operational success and a consistently positive customer experience!
At DumpStor, I play a pivotal role in franchisee support, ensuring that our franchisees have the resources, guidance, and tools they need to thrive. I also lead our strategic initiatives, working closely with our team to drive growth, innovation and operational efficiency across the company. My background in franchising has equipped me with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities franchisees face, and I am dedicated to helping them succeed.
